Under the leadership of Mr Vedat Bayar, the VedatTeknik Automotive Supply and Spare Parts
Manufacturing Company has been supplying workpiece clamping systems, hydraulic chuck
manufacturing and revisions for CNC lathes, auxiliary apparatus for CNC machining centers and
machining both in the domestic and international market since 2006.
VTeknik has been operating in ISO 9001quality in an 2500m2 closed work environment since
2019 in order to further develop itself and expand its business volume.

I was introduced to my career in the workplace of my father Hasan Sabri Bayar’s company
founded in 1963. After the loss of my father in 1988, I took on the role of company owner in the
years 1988-1993.
In 1993 my business partner and I founded the CVS company. Until 2006 we had been
supplying automotive spare parts both in the domestic and international market. It was in 2006
that I left CVS and started my own company, VedatTeknik.
Having learnt this profession from my father, I am now teaching my sons Sabrihan and Alihan.
Together, we are continuing to work in an attentive, principled and customer satisfaction
oriented manner.
